Wash and Fold
At this time, we do not take walk-in or drop-off orders. Please schedule a pickup instead. You’ll love how much time it saves you from making a trip to drop off.
We use Free & Clear detergents and softeners if no detergent is specified. We do offer commercial scented detergents and will use it if you select it during checkout. We use bleach for bleachable laundry if requested. We use dryer balls to dry, but will use special dryer sheets if laundry comes in covered in pet fur.
No. We keep all orders separate to ensure hygiene and to prevent losses and mixups.
Yes, you can supply your own tightly sealed or closed liquid detergent bottles. The small 4 oz. bottles from your local dollar store should suffice. You can also supply powder detergents in Ziploc® bags. However, please note that we are not responsible for any spills and stains that occur when providing your own detergents. We recommend bagging these supplies separately from your laundry.
We will bag up any items we find in your pockets, including loose change, lip balm, etc. and return it with your laundry when done. We will do our best to find and return your belongings, but are not responsible for any lost items.
If you have a stain you’d like us to treat, we can do our best to try and get it out - leave it in a separate bag so we know to take note.
We automatically place collared items like polos and dresses, as well as dress pants on hangers. For our medical clients, we are happy to hang scrubs by request. We also recycle hangers, so we appreciate you sending back any old hangers with your next order!
Pickup and Delivery Questions
We offer this service daily and pick up and deliver orders between 11AM and 2PM.
You don't need to be home but you must give us permission and detailed descriptions in your account of where we can find your clothes when picking up and where to leave it when dropping off.
We are not responsible for any damages or losses that occur before we pick up your order or after we drop it off.

Yes, our minimum order is $30.
When you place your order, we will ask for your credit card information. Your card will not be charged until your order is complete.

Feel free to add comments when you put in your order. We will do our best to abide, and if something is not possible, we will contact you to let you know.
Nope! Feel free to order only when you need it. However, we do offer special pricing for customers that order on a weekly recurring basis.
You’ll be asked to provide credit card information, and you will be billed once we complete your order and get your clean clothes ready for delivery.
We recommend putting your laundry in a reusable laundry bag. You can provide your own or buy one from us. If you don’t have a laundry bag, feel free to use any household trash bag that cinches closed.
You can suspend your account until you return from your trip. Just log into your account and put your service on hold until you return.
