How We Wash Your Clothes
We’re committed to providing the best possible fluff and fold care for your laundry. Our well-maintained, secure, and private laundry facility is closed to the public, ensuring a safe and hygienic environment for your clothes. We use Free & Clear detergent and softener as our standard, but we can also use scented detergent and softener upon request (no extra charge). If you would like us to use bleach for bleachable items, please make a note in the comments, and we’re happy to accommodate.
We take extra care with your wash and fold laundry, separating light items from dark items, checking pockets, and bagging up any items found. If you have a stain you’d like us to treat, we can do our best to try and get it out - leave it in a separate bag so we know to take note. We automatically place collared items like polos and dresses on hangers. And of course, we always make sure to match pairs of socks and fold your laundry meticulously. While we don’t wash delicates, we recommend going to a dry cleaner for those items.
Thoughtful Packaging and Delivery
We believe in convenience and care. If you send your laundry in a vinyl laundry bag, we will wash that bag along with your laundry and return it, folded neatly inside with your clothes. We also do our best to sort your laundry by size and type so that it’s as easy as opening up the packaging and putting your laundry away in your closets and drawers.
